You will have exclusive access to the venue from 11am to 11pm on the day of your event. Weddings must end by 10pm, with 10-11pm reserved for clean up. Also included is a 1.5 hour rehearsal the Thursday prior to your event.

We permit alcohol during events; however, it must be served by a licensed bartender. Proof of license will be required. Hosting liquor liability insurance is required and must be provided 30 days prior to the event. No corkage fee.

We offer the use of our licensed bartender for your event at an additional fee. If you are interested in this service, please inquire for more information and availability.

Dates are booked on a first come first served basis. To reserve your event date, we require a signed contract and a deposit of half your rental fee, plus a $500 security deposit ($400 of which is refundable, $100 is a non-refundable cleaning fee).

We require general liability insurance bought for the day of your wedding. The Brent Family Farm must be named as additional insured, a certificate of insurance with an endorsement must be provided 30 days prior to event. If serving alcohol, we also require hosting liquor liability provided no less than 30 days prior to event.

In the event that the venue is unable to fulfill the contract in such case as government restrictions due to COVID19, act of nature, etc., every effort will be made to reschedule your event. In the case that a reschedule is not possible, the deposit will be fully refunded.
